Installation & Training
No matter which Cobra hardware, software or system you’ve invested in, we know that your Cobra experience really only starts when the product arrives at your premises. It’s for this reason that we offer stress free installation, training and maintenance as an option with all our products. We do this so that you can benefit from the best people in the business putting the kit together at your premises or remotely as well as training you and or your people and keeping the kit in tiptop working order.

In our view, preparation and planning is key to any successful installation. Our solutions are designed from day one to be simple to deploy and easy to install and as such we’re able to keep installation time to a minimum. We follow a simple yet structured installation plan, work as closely as possible with our clients throughout the process and ensure minimal disruption. What’s more, in order to suit our global clients’ needs, we offer both on-site and remote installation options.
On-site installation
A typical on-site installation goes through 3 distinct phases:

  • Phase 1 - Pre-requisite site checks which include IT infrastructure, risk assessment, storage and space suitability and requirements.
  • Phase 2 – Your solution is pre-built and tested (where applicable).
  • Phase 3 - Installation, post install testing, diagnostics and handover.
Remote Installation
We appreciate that it’s not possible or even necessary to visit all of our clients’ premises to ensure a stress free installation, so we offer a comprehensive remote installation service to satisfy these clients needs. Remote installation is typically designed to support software installations and trouble-shooting of self-installs of our solutions.
Training
We understand that from a return on investment point of view, getting the maximum benefit from your solution in the shortest possible time post installation is essential. This is why we offer simple, structured training for all our solutions either on a one-to-one or group basis. That said, we also understand that it is not always possible to have all the key people around at one time, so for this reason we are highly flexible when it comes to arranging training sessions either on-site or remotely.
